Great way of doing warm ups for intermmediate and above players. Beginners may also benefit, but will take longer to start flowing, as they will need to learn basic body movements first.

Learning 10th planet fundamentals thru warmup flows and drills
This Instructional covers the 10th Planet warm up flows A thru H. It is very well made with good sound, and the Instructors are easy to understand as they explain the drills and details that they demonstrate. The flows are shown from different angles and the added details help me understand the movements

Great! Love it! This instructional is less about arm attacks , leg attacks , chokes etc. and more about how to go from one position to the next. What I think is most helpful is that they show what both players need to do to make the flow drills work. Also I really like that both guys on the instructional explain things so it’s not one sided. I have a lot of videos and this might be my favorite! Top Three. I’ve been training for five years and hold a 4 tip blue belt at this time. Btw there’s A LOT of stuff on this video!

I learned a lot from those sequencing and systems. Very good both for beginners and more advanced players. Love their Flow !
