Must buy for arm-bar fanatics
I needed to improve my arm-bars and this instructional is helping to do that! You only need to look at Renato’s record to see that his technique and experience is proven at the top level. It’s also great to see a young Mikey Musumeci as his training partner!

In a situation where an armbar was required, there were cases where the armbar could not be used. Through the lecture, I was able to learn some good details about the armbar.

R. C. created an unique series about one of the most high percentage submissions in the game. He shows armbars from closed guard, some open guards and seated guards and guard pulling as well as from turtle top and half guard top. Even passing sequences and a takedownsequence with armbar follow-up is included. Flying armbars are also there. He is explaining first in step by step an in depth. Then he is showing evey technique from a variaty of angles in moderate pace and at the end of every sequence in full speed. Recommend!

He is a true Arm bar Master. It is full of Amba technologies that can be used in any position and can be applied usefully. I was surprised to learn that I could use Arm bar even in unexpected guards and positions. We are planning to apply 50 Arm bar technologies one by one. It is actively recommended to those interested in submission.

Its a really nice instructional some great and interesting set ups. i also like that the instructions are to the point but with a lot info and explainetions. I will come back to this dvd to rewatch it for sure

Armbar is one of the highest percentage submission and is often neglected by many chasing fancy positions and submissions. It is a tool that makes your game so dangerous. Renato has done a great job with this instructional teaching great armbars from different positions and showing fine details for setups and finishes for all levels of practitioners. I would recommend this instructional if you want to make your game more offensive and surprise opponents with armbars from every position.

This was exactly what I was looking for, a systematic treatment of the armbar system. I'm able to go through each position and Renato gives detailed explanations of the concepts and a thorough commentary. There is a lot to get through, but on the other hand it will provide years of study. I just hope that I have the discipline to return to it.
