Best Back attack system
I love the systematic approach to learning techniques that Danaher uses. It reminds me of how you make complex math problems easier by breaking them down into smaller manageable pieces instead of being overwhelmed by trying to solve the whole problem at once.
Rotational control is key

There are many legendary athletes with exceptional back attacks. However, not all of them are great teachers capable of passing on their techniques to others. John Danaher has redefined, expanded, and reinvented the techniques of these legendary athletes.
It’s revolutionary. Fanatics, please create Korean subtitles.
All of JD's instructionals are great but this is his best yet, I'm already increasing my back control and chokes from this instructional.

Words don't do it justice. John is one of a kind when it comes to breaking down tech.and giving you a system of approch with principles that help you manage and truly understand the system he's covering. I've been training Jiu-jitsu for over 30 years and still learning and growing daily. We moved to the middle of nowhere Washington (Oroville) so no one to train with last 7 years this and many others fromm BJJ fanatics have been helpful beyond words!!!
I've been training for over 10 years and have never seen the details added in this series. Simply outstanding
