  Funny to admit that I learned more about wall wrestling in this instructional from an Aussie, than I have with american or russian wrestlers teaching takedowns off the cage. Great content; what I really appeciate about Craig's way of explaining moves is that, any other instructional can give all the steps 1-10 in a really boring way, but Craig's way of explaining ideas and reasons are just simply easy to understand.
