  Aaron Benzrihem’s Basics To Advanced: Ankle Picks For Jiu Jitsu was a really interesting instructional. I honestly did not expect ankle picks to be developed into such a complete and well-structured concept. Before watching it, for me it was just one technique, but this instructional showed how to use ankle picks from many different positions and situations. Overall, it is a very smart and useful instructional with a lot of great ideas.
