  Despite the advertising, many videos are primarily helpful for beginners who are just learning the terminology and basic set of moves, or for more advanced people who have been doing jiu jitsu for a while. This is a video series that really does has something for everyone, from the basic positions and breaking mechanics to advanced submission series. Garry has done a great job putting together an outstanding video series for people in every level.
