It makes me have more options.
ボトムからの攻撃が上手になりました。
I love the concept of getting to your feet
I've just started this video and I'm already excited to put into practice
If you're looking for wrestling up ideas, this is definitely an instructional for you.
a very good and very effective instructional
Easy to implement in my game.
This is great for MMA athletes, or bjj athletes who train/compete against lots of top-focused wrestling players
Craig is always an interesting study on unorthodox takes when it comes to BJJ. This is a great course to see how some of those unorthodox ideas covers in other courses like “Just stand up” fit into the bigger picture of guard play. I highly recommend this.
This is an outstanding instructional. Craig Jones is absolutely one of the best instructors out there, and this is easily one of my favorite instructionals I own—along with several of his others. I’ve always felt comfortable on top but struggled significantly when playing bottom. This instructional completely changed that for me. It took my bottom game to a new level across all bottom positions—side control, half guard, turtle, back control, and even those moments where you’re getting passed or stuck in bad positions. What really sets this apart is how Craig turns terrible positions into offensive opportunities. The concepts and movements allow you to sprawl, scramble, and transition into dominant positions instead of just surviving. I’ve already had success implementing these techniques in both gi and no-gi, including against higher belts, especially with several of the escape and transition sequences. This instructional has given me confidence, clarity, and a system I can rely on when things go wrong. I truly appreciate the depth and practicality of this material and know I’ll be revisiting it repeatedly as I continue my jiu-jitsu journey. Highly recommended.
Something in here for everyone! Craig is relatable as always, and his teaching is always very palatable/clear/understandable. I appreciate his open minded approach, always questioning BJJ norms, and constantly looking to problem solve with intelligent technique. Highly recommend. I have had some luck implementing this "Luke Stewart vs. Andre Galvao" sweep in training recently. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hQnrJNlp3R4
Great!
Very open minded 🔥
Just as you'd expect from Craig this instructional is informative and entertaining. It's definitely interesting to see how he approaches guard/turtle/bodylock defense, especially since I've seen almost none of this covered in more traditional jiu jitsu classes
Craig introducing the new meta way to play guard for nogi. I find myself coming back to this intructional from time to time. Like power ride, power bottom reinvents the wheel for nogi guard play
This instructional has added another element to playing bottom guard. Love the idea of heisting from seated guard. I was able to use it almost instantly in my subsequent rolls. Highly recommend this course if you want to add another level to your game

Help develop a more aggressive style to stay on top. Reverse z guard worked almost immediately for sweeping and reversals.
