I’ve had this for 3 years & If your new to buggy’s or just want a better understanding or a buggy choke in your back this is it, from all positions turn your opponents offense into defense and win the fight. This is it.
Great Technique; Substandard Production Value
Good news: Exhaustive tutorial on a versitile, straightforward, & underused technique. Bad news: Two guys in bad lighting wearing black rashguards speaking in heavy Brazilian accents mean you’re going to be doing plenty of rewinding & guesswork.

Buggy chokes from Everywhere Indeed
I didn't realize buggy chokes were available from so many positions until I watched this instructional. My finishing percentages have improved since watching this series but I think the real value I've gained is in giving opponents something else to think about that they have to defend. It has opened up,options that weren't available before.
Big Buggy fan
If you are a grappler who is flexible and has longer limbs, I highly recommend adding the buggy choke to your arsenal. It has given me more options and confidence when I find myself in side control and other vulnerability positions.

I am a white belt fortunate enough to train under the 3rd degree black belt Professor Paulo at Gracie Barra Salisbury. I was quite intrigued when I first saw the submission performed by Professor. Blessed with having the lengthy arms and legs, I felt like this submission could be perfect for me. Still a work in progress, but I was able to submit my opponents whilst sparring with the buggy choke technique. It works beautifully and I highly recommend it to give it a try. Oss!

Teaches you how to do the buggy choke from many positions and the techniques shown here are very good. The audio is a little hard to understand but he shows the moves very clearly. I would recommend you get it if you want to get better at buggy chokes and frustrate your friends and training partners.

Kinda hard to hear with low audio and back ground noise... but some good techniques and easy enough to follow along, just by watching. Also helps if you're a long bendy boi.

Some great insights into buggy choke from different angles and good focus timing when to hit the choke. Just wish they didn’t both wear black as a pints it’s harder to see what limb is where, still well worth the purchase

Ive heard of the buggy choke but not from everywhere. Man I saw traps setups even from Kesa Gatame. I instanlty starting geting the position now I go for the finish. You don't have to be super flexible he teaches many variations besides bottom of side mount.
