In this tutorial, Yongwon Choi takes a deep dive into the mechanics of setting up and finishing the Choi Bar from various positions. I've found the instructional very useful and have been able to apply some of the lessons on the mats.

  Choi is gracious, consistent, and informative with his details. I have heard Lachlan teach it, and that is good (its in his half guard DVD) but Choi goes into more details and shows more variations with it. Well worth the money.
