  Good blend of MT, BJJ, and self-defense techniques. Good variety of techniques. It would be good to see more than the deliberate demonstrations. It would also be good to have strings of techniques to transition from one thing to another for high-probability damage, defense, or counter.

  Burton does a good job bridging the gap between reality and sport. My only complain is the amount of verbal explanation versus the amount of demonstration. Over I would recommend this.

• My favorite out of all the Burton Richardson videos.

  All of his stuff is good, but I like this instructional the best. It's a combination of MMA and dirty fighting for the street. Good stuff!
