  Craig out here with another ******. closed guard seems like one of those positions you get away from once no longer a beginner, especially in no gi, but Craig has brought a breath of fresh air to this foundational jiu jitsu position. I highly recommend it.

  Craig uses this instructional for no gi and the 3 main moves from closed guard. Don't buy this thinking it'll be Roger Gracie closed guard level this is no gi. ~ A fellow white belt
