  Greatly enjoyed this one, as it summarizes many grappling concepts for self defense in one series of videos. One caveat: It is useful, if you already know the techniques, as Mr. Lyman works more on the tactical than on the technical level.

  very good video of the basics in my mind without too many details, bare fundamentals and kind of strategy. I base my opinion on ten years as a bouncer/nightlife security, I found I have used many of these concepts and techniques in real life.
