• Clear solutions to complex problems

  Leglocks are inevitable at this point, although too many gyms focus on offense only and don't provide enough knowledge how to defend all those effective yet dangerous attacks. Glad I got this instructional, the delivery is straight to the point, no fluff, everything is directly applicable.
