Craig's early system is great
Craig's early system is great for learning the overview of the leg game and relatively simple transitions/attacks. I think it's great for anyone who wants an easy reference for an effective system.

Very good first instructional on heel hooks
This was my first instructional on heel hooks that I ever bought, and the content is gold. Superb details on control, breaking, and transitioning positions. Unlike other instructionals that I've purchased, Craig also goes into staying safe and escaping the primary leg lock positions such as the saddle, 50/50, and single leg x/ashi garami. 100% worth the money.

if you would like to find an instructional which is super beginner level with leglocks, this is the instructional for you. clearly structured, easy to understand, easy to navigate and a great way to start you journey into the leglocks. highly recommend

This really added a lot to my leg lock game
No longer the cutting edge, but still very nice stuff
In 2017, this instructional was flat-out revolutionary. In 2023, when we've been well into the leg lock renaissance for a few years, it's no longer the absolute game-changer that it used to be, but the material here is still extremely important to master for anyone who wants to play leg locks at a high level. The "meta" at the top level has changed- in this instructional Craig spends a lot of time working on the saddle position, for example, in contrast to how he shows a more diversified set of techniques in his more-recent Systematic Submission Dilemmas- but if you're competing at the level where that would matter, you knew that already. If you've stayed up to date on B-Team/ New Wave instructionals in the last couple years, you might have seen some of this already, but it's still an excellent entry point for those who are looking for their first leg lock instructional.

Well balanced leg lock instructional, dense but not too lengthy and covers both defense and attack aspects of the leg lock game.

The basics you need to start navigating the Leglock game. Easy to understand and not to long, each dvd is easily watchable. Good details and pointers for improvement. Would buy again!
