Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Best buy for gi chokes
I had bought this off one his videos he put out on youtube, with Bjj Globetrotters. And oh man was I not disappointed. So much information, took me a bit to start adding these to my game. One the best buys I've made on fanatics in a while!
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Smart art of gi chokes by Professor Jag Pages
Professor Jay Pages provided an amazing instructional on gi chokes intruducing into baseball loop chokes and baseball chokes as well as brabo chokes and common other chokes. His approach is very systematic and structured. First he explains the mechanics of each main choke and then he goes over different set ups. He points out that the differences between the several variations of set ups are very small in terms of finishing mechanics or even do not exist. He guides you through all details and changes that mattes step by step. You get a system withi every series that builds up so that you just have to add up or change small details form one techique to another. His main concepts are controlling your opponent's leg(s) whenever accesable and increase the power of the choke by proper body and limb positioning. His style of teaching is very calm and precise. Highly recommend!!
