Judo masterclass instructional
I have attended a seminar by Professor Dainis at my home gym last year and wanted to learn more because I find foot sweeps fascinating and this was definitely a masterclass on judo techniques specifically foot sweeps by the best judo professor in all of Canada.
Game changer for my stand up
Just wanted to drop a quick review of Dainis’s “Foot Sweep the World”... honestly, it’s 🔥 I’m only a white belt with about a year of training and foot sweeps always felt super confusing to me. This is the first time something actually made my brain click. he breaks everything down in a really simple, easy-to-follow way without overcomplicating it. Definitely a 5-star tutorial

I have trained a few times under Professor Dainis and always loved his classes. This instructional I enjoyed as the filming was done very well, straighforward and easy to understand. My takedowns always need work so this will help me out!
Simple and Effective!
I highly recommend this instructional! It’s extremely simple to learn and apply to anyones game. I’ve used these myself in training and have taught it to our kids classes. It’s very detailed and fun. Dainis is an awesome instructor.

whether you are a judo or jiu jitsu practitioner, this video is a must have. foot sweeps are an amazing weapon to have in one's arsenal. They are low risk, high reward and this video breaks down multiple foot attacks in great detail.

This instantly gets you going, and there isn't a ton on this topic on BJJ fan, I think for sure a daily. A 5 star for reference would be a suggestion even not on a daily. This has tons of tips to use immediately in your take down game.

Dainis does a great job breaking down the important details of these techniques. They have really helped me with my standup game. As a taller lanky player these have helped me deal with opponents of all sizes.

Super clear and concise instructional with game changing tips to level up your footsweeps. I have already noticed a huge improvement in my standup game after only a couple volumes in. Dainis is a master of the footsweeps which shows through his ability to consistently hit this move in high level BJJ and Judo competitions. A must have for any BJJ or Judo practitioner looking for highly effective takedown chains that are low risk and hard for your opponent to counter.

Solid instructional! This has definitely added to my stand up game and 100% worth every penny. The step by step guidance really helps you work and develop the needed movements to get the foot sweeps and the takedown. I've been able to effectively hit this in training and can't wait to hit this in competition. Looking forward to any other future instructional videos from Dainis Nguyen.
