Silver Fox shows armbars from all sorts of positions. Two signature details that he uses which have stuck with me are the shotgun grip, which he would use every time with juji gatame, and the top lock for bottom armlocks. These two details along and the multiple ways he implements them is worth the price of admission.

I love the Silverfox’s smooth technique. From what I have seen so far he shows very good details. However, parts of it seem to be more difficult to implement than I thought. E.g I would have loved to see a few more entries to the split guard. Initially I wanted to give him 4 stars but this would not have been fair

Karel's material with Firas was fantastic, and this series goes even deeper. I'm especially a fan of the armpit grip and how he lands it so smoothly from a variety of positions. For context I also went through the 11h Danaher Armbar series (Enter the System) and some Dave Camarillo material, and this is *still* complementary. There are levels to mastery. Hope I'll get a chance to visit his gym someday, cheers from Japan!

I’m a smaller guy and had trouble using arm bar against much larger opponents. The Arm Pit grip and Bolt Cutter have totally changed that. I use the bolt cutter every time I roll now. Cuts threw any grip GI or No GI. That alone is with the price of this DVD.

Found Karel on YouTube dropping “gems” with Firas Zahabi. So, I had to get this instructional and it does not disappoint! Karel explains things very well and armbar perspective is levels above, I think this guy has a PhD in armbars or something. I’m glad I can get this perspective as a white belt.
