Mikey shows all the little things that make passes work. Although he goes over many common passes, he showed many things I'd never seen before.
This instructional changed the way I look at guard passing. It was great for strategy and I enjoyed the different ways of beating frames. I wish there were more options and troubleshooting, but it was good for an overall passing game.
So clear and easy to work on!
His focus on concepts instead of memorizing moves makes his instruction one of a kind.
Mikey does understand it, to explain his passing system and approaches with simple words, but not only in a fun, sympathical way, but also with a lot of details. This is easy a 9/10 Instructional. The only thing missing is a "wrap up", where he show the different triggers for the different techniques at once. Great one, Mikey!
Very Good, Shows Basic concepts together with specific moves to remove layers of guard defensive leg, knee and arm frames, Recommended
