  This video is awesome for getting the body moving and operating correctly. Gives a good stretching workout, and Alvaro provides good information on how to move and the common problems. This would be a good addition to any before or after jiujitsu training. Definitely recommend.

  My 1st bjj professor over 11 years ago taught some basics from this system that I have still used in my personal exercise routine. I always wanted to learn more and I saw this here on bjj fanatics and it was on sale and very glad I got it. I just did the vol1 and I feel amazing. Can't wait to do the advanced stuff.
