  Of course I've been taught all the basic grips. But somehow with all the techniques and rolling I haven't focused on some of these fundamental aspects of hand fighting and grip strategy. Combined this with his baseball video-im already throwing off guys used to my game

  A true master class in grips. Making and breaking. Shot well & clear instruction From day one my grip strength was my unfair advantage ( as a tradie off of the mats ). I had the bad habit of hold on to dead end grips for to long. This instructional has helped me understand making and breaking grips in gi & no gi. Not just how but why. Much recommended for everyone with at lest one hand

  Professor Magid Hage did an excellent break down on which grips there are and what they are for. He points out suoer simple and in deprh at the same time how to get them or bait them and how to clear/break them. He shows the strategic concepts in general and behind each type of grios. He gives also ckear texhnical examples. This made me gripping really understanding! I was able to implenent this material rigjt away! Highky recommend!!

  If you are a white belt like me, it's important to understand grips because they'll help you initiate or prevent a lot of other things. I did not pay attention to grips for a couple of my first months of training but now I will, and it's best to start as earliest possible. This is the third instruction from Magid that I own and I like the way he teaches. Magid is a straightforward, honest, and fun guy from who you'll learn a lot.
