  I learned/reminded me of a lot of details that i either had wrong or had forgotten to do over time. I like Gregors teaching style, very detail oriented. I wish he would make a new more in depth general bjj tutorial, i'd love to learn more from him.

  There is a bias in some Gracie schools that gi jiu jitsu is fundamental jiu jitsu. Although I don't agree with that, I do agree that this video shows excellent fundamental jiu jitsu for the gi. If you want to add some gi techniques to diversify your game then this is a good place to start.

  G. Gracie shows how to open closed guard depending on the grips you get. He shows a bunch of different and when to use them preferably. Then he provides fundamental closed guard attacks and cominations followed by different sweeps from common open guards. Furthermore some attacks from side control, mount and backcontrol. Well explained!
