This is a great instructional guide for anyone wanting to improve in Greco-Roman wrestling. Some positions don't translate to Jiu-Jitsu because of the back exposure, but it's worth the investment. Thanks, Nick Heflin.
start with standing.
I can't actively build my game from a standing position because I have almost no takedown ability. This instruction has actively developed my clinch skills and helped me create grips offensively. The grip is the beginning of the stand-up game.
