  First of all it covers a lot of ground, not sure I even managed to watch everything here yet. Explanations are clear, simple to drill and to implement in my rolls. I've used other videos but this one really led to an improvement in my *********** step and hence my double leg takedowns. Throws are also covered well - first time I understood how to properly do a Fireman's Carry, for example.

• exactly what i was looking for with takedowns

  I have zero background with takedowns. A lot of other videos seemed to assume that I knew basics, or they were so basic that they didn't cover many of the situations I find myself in when sparring. Or they would only cover one technique. This one covers everything I want at a great pace. The instructor is fun, energizing, detailed, and to the point. It will take some time to get the mobility and reactions down, but I'm feeling much more confident when coach has us practice takedowns.
