  This is a great instructional for basic bottom half guard techniques. I gave it 4 stars because I think the flow and finish of his YouTube stuff is better. I'd love to see a combination of this level of detail but the professionally finished product he provides on YouTube. Overall this is still worth purchasing because of the great detail.

• Great techniques and concepts

  I really enjoyed the techniques in these videos. As a smaller guy, I often get stuck in bottom side or bottom half, so I'm continuously working on how to get better from the bottom. Ive already been able to use a few things from these videos and look forward to practicing more of them and incorporating them into my game
