Nice translation of judo to bjj
I train Judo and BJJ, and found that professor Fernando's approach does a great job adapting judo. So many judokas just want to teach BJJkas to do the same as is done in Judo. But really, because norms and stances are different, adaptation is important. Professor Fernando has some really great gems in here for attacking the common BJJ postures.
My stand up sucks
I am much better at no gi stand up as grips kind of confuse me. This has allowed me to clear up some confusion

Very good details, the Judo is well adapted to BJJ
A must have for anyone who trains in a gi
This is a great instructional. Knowing how to grip and defend grips is essential knowledge when it comes to grappling in a gi. This video breaks down attacks and counters to grips that are need to know. Very highly recommended
