  Very good, structured approach to getting back to the feet. As a Luta Livre practitioner and former MMA competitor, I much prefer this to simply Granby rolling to Guard. Good, concise presentation, solid methodology, obviously high level technical mastery by the presenter. Still needs some adjustment for MMA.

  Craig is not only a world class Jiu Jitsu competitor, he is also a world class instructor. His material is beneficial for Jiu Jitsu practitioners of all skill levels. I love his sense of humor and he is one of the most articulate instructors I have ever encountered on any subject. Kudos to Craig and BJJ Fanatics team.
