  Danaher offers more than asked when purchasing his instructionals. He provides alot of other skills that compliment a particular theme that carry over to other tactcs in jj. These instructionals will be like a fine wine and get better with age. Anyone that adopts his principles will optimize their jj prowess 10 fold.

  Professor John Danaher gives you a overall overview about the most high percentage Set ups and positions. Then you get an overview of the most high percentage finishing positions. Followed by the finishing mechanics. Then you are in the system and you get a step by step instruction of each position and the specific mechanics. Concluded in a big picture of how the positions work together and when and how and when to transition from one to another. Highly recommend!!

• Best entry point for the leg lock game

  I missed the boat with leg locks and have had to spend the last couple years catching up to people with way less experience because of it. This was my entry into understanding the positions and submissions of the leg game. I recommend this and then going to Gordon’s defensive instructionals afterwards. Thanks Professor!

• The Authority on Leg Locks

  If you want the most comprehensive teachings on the leg locks, then Danaher is the best place to go. I couldn't recommend this instructional enough. That being said. This is one of the most challenging topics I've studied on a Danaher video. There is really a lot of information to absorb and it's a complex topic. As a white belt I put this down and decided to study other aspects of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu before even attempting leg locks. I won't come back to it for years to come, but even so this is obviously the place to learn for those who are ready.
