  How to stay away far enough to not get got and be close enough to generate off balance and connection to guide your opponent in the directions you want to pass his guard. Broken down in a simple manner and with the proper amount of info to get it done soon after watching the instructional. Highly recommend as an additional passing method. Highly suggested!
