• My favorite of John’s Instructionals

  This series and the back crucifix system have been amazing additions to my game. I have most of his dvds, and have watched them multiple times. His side control and back Instructionals worked wonders for my game, and when he released individual videos on the back and side crucifix, I was stoked as they are my favorite part of those respective systems. His attention to detail, and devotion to breaking down the why behind his techniques is second to none.
