Master The Move: The Straight Arm Bar Ude Gatame - The Fastest Arm Lock
Professor X gives us lots of ways to utilize a relatively obscure move. Very good.
A lot of good explanation on how to use this pesky lock.
Elevate your game. If you find yourself getting crossfaced to **** everytime you try to enter an opponents legs this is the video for you
This is really good John tells some details I was missing for a long time no wonder I kept missing this submission.
Amazing
Great details and explanations on this very useful submission.
This immediately gave me another problem to bother my rolling partners with. Great technique explained incredibly well by JD as usual.
Amazing as always.
Danaher is the best.
John Danaher again shows that he will break down a move well enough that you are learning principles, not just motions or movements to get a move done!
Great product
I have been wanting to learn Ude Gatame for years and when Danaher released this instructional decided it was finally time to dive in. It's completely revamped my guard game. Instead of spamming Sumis I now have the threat of the Ude which helps everything. And I'm just at the end of Section 2! Danaher is a wealth of grappling information.
EXCEELENT SERIES FOR A TECHNIQUE THAT IS UNDER-UTILIZED IN THE SPORT OF JIU-JITSU. I LIKE IN THE FINAL CHAPTER HOW JOHN PAIRED AND OSCILLATED BETWEEN THE CONCEPT AND TECHNIQUE OF ATTACKING THE UPPER AND LOWER BODY WITH UDE GATAME AND ASHI GARAME,
Very slick stuff from John Dahnaher. As always, very well explained by him. Nice instructional.
Professor Danaher never disappoints, this is another Wonderful series teaching us the ins and outs of ude gatame
This is one of my favorite submissions. This deep dive into the topic has been a significant aid
Another great instructional from John Danaher!
