  I haven't started on this particular program yet but I've completed John's go further faster and it has improved my training immensely. His instructionals are very detailed and gets straight to the point. Ive been going back to review lessons and each time I will pick up something new. I'm looking forward to start the New Wave program as I'm sure it will be fantastic!

• Such A Great Training Method

  I got injured and bought this to stay motivated and learn how to protect my body better. I'm glad I got it. It's really helped me focus on my game, even when I can't be on the mat. He is so good at teaching. The level of excellence is top notch and I feel it's an honor to be able to learn from him. There is something that you get from seeing the whole method laid out in front of you in video that you don't get in a class where you only get a few hours of lesson at a time. In class you just don't get the time to sit and listen to this kind of wisdom on how to approach things to be great. This compliments live training very well. In a few weeks I'll be healed and I'm starting to feel like a pheonix.
