  A good comprehensive guide to half guard with an emphasis to leglocking and wrestling up. There was a little bit too much repetition to my taste and I was struggling to kep intrest in the teaching at times

• I love Half Guard and this is excellent

  Even if you have Lachlan Giles' instructional this is still well worth it. Very comprehensive with extremely important details and fundamentals. This instructional does a better job of teaching leg entries.
