Its crazy how he says things that once i hear them just make so much sense, but it would have taken me years if ever to realize them on my own.

My Open Guard game has greatly improved thanks to John Danaher and his instructional videos. Thank you JD!
This was another game changer. Perfect for home practicing before or after class to really get an edge. along with a deeper understanding of the sport and art it self.
This is great to watch and keep revisiting. Great details on the butterfly sweep & has helped my game a lot.
Great
Open guard is pretty much where older grapplers end up a lot. Generally if I can get to top position, I'm in good shape. Danaher's typical methodic, detailed approach, with tactical advice, has been really helpful to me.
Open guard system specializing in sweeps and reversals
Perfect for any level
You can’t go wrong here. Deep knowledge and application of open guard that works from beginner to highest level.
Thorough explanations and breakdowns of the positions, movements, and the reasoning behind them. John is the master of explaining bjj so anyone can understand while keeping it high level techniques.
Fantastic instructional
Really helped me at gaining top position
sweeps and reversals, because you know someday someone will pin you. Be humble fool!
Fantastic instructional from John , Open Guard 1 and 2 have completely changed my whole game and perspective on playing bottom positions.
Everything instructional this man produces is pure gold. Purchase!
Reversals - submission entries - finishes! Another masterpiece of J.D.
All good
Another terrific instructional in the New Wave series. I always appreciate the attention to detail Danaher provides.
As with any of John’s content there is a huge amount of detail which has been gathered a selection of techniques and put them into a methodical system that can be applied at all levels. This instructional will provide content for years of practice on the mats and gives me something to work towards in training. Look forward to collecting other parts of this series in future.
Incredible instructional that covers how to incorporate wrestling reversals into your open guard game. Loved it, best instructional I own.
Great Instructional !
An awesome breakdown of the squad philosophy & something that is of great help for a white belt such as me. Very interesting hearing John’s thoughts regarding using wrestling and jiu-jutsu takedowns.
