for this is the most under rated of all of johns instructional this is year 1 of buying watching and rereviewing and it still is worth it.

Unrivaled
We all talk about John's attention to detail, which is certainly present here, but for me it was the impressive breadth of control techniques to get to a submission from a singular starting position. A must have for anyone serious.

Danaher goes into a lot of detail on every move. It is easy to follow. I've had great success applying several techniques in the gym. My submission and pinning game from side control have improved considerably.
