Super Video
Great video
Great
great details
good review, concepts well explained. He mentions it repeats a lot of the GI instructional, so may not be necessary if you already have the Gi version
amazing
Great detail
awesome details and concepts
Great details on a variety of berimbolos such as ladder bolo, stomp bolo, x, and the use of twister.
very well explained back takes
Works really well with the other berimbolo series
no go berimbolo
Mikey always knocks it out of the park Iām a ultra heavy weight but strangely love his stuff so much
would love to see anothe version of this with emphasis on bolos from leg attack positions. great instructional and covers everything you need to know for no gi bolos is in here
Awesome!!!
Best berimbolo video I have seen, many combinations and details.
while I enjoy a bit of discussion and explaination I feel like the explaination here is a bit all over the place and lacks organization OR at least a script and flow.
This is the most detailed instructional I've seen on the bolo system. It's difficult to find instructionals that include as many of the sub systems (crab, crab x, leg drag, etc) as Mikey does here. The only thing missing is entries into the bolo as Mikey only discusses the classic de la riva entry. Sincerely hope there is a part 2 coming.
Great to understand berimbolos!
great
Very clear step by step approach. Its very obvious why he does the steps in the order he does. Just follow them as a manual and its impossible not to understand berimbolo and howto use it. When you do the drills you can really concentrate on getting it right. My partner is heavier than me but the explanations made by Mikey made me understand key elements about weight and how to think and do the berimbolo. Probably the best buy on berimbolo you can get.
Mikey gives an incredible amount of detail on how turn no gi bolos into a controlling and dominant position. I knew I was going to be impressed but Mikey really went way and above expectations. I was really impressed with how the concepts he taught translated so well to other positions. Where is Part 2? I can't wait for it!!
Been a Huge Fan of Mikey, can't wait to see what Part 2 includes.
I didn't used to implement berimbolo much but this instructional has changed that significantly, even in no-gi where I didn't think there were so many options. Mikey does a great job giving details and drills all the while showing the technique through various camera angles.
Good instructional. Mikey's explanations are too repetitive, rather stretched out. But the technique is unique, and there are multiple angles to understand this complicated maneuver.
