  I was surprised how helpful this instructional was. I had to watch 60% of the content, before things really clicked; however, once it did I started passing and pinning everyone I train regularly with: blues, purples, and even a brown belt who is infamous for his incredible defensive frames. Highly recommend this to someone who is willing to make the effort and go through all the content.
