I downloaded this because a training partner was giving me fits when I was trying to pass his guard. After watching and drilling the moves in it, I definitely had an easier time passing his guard. But now he’s shown me another hole in my game I need to fix… I guess I’ll download another Danaher instructional to address it.

As usual John Danaher is one of the best teachers ever.
Danahar explains simple concepts that I have never been able to articulate, but once explained opened my eyes to so much
Great reminders on principles and small details that can be forgotten or done improperly over the years of training.
Awesome teaching
