  When looking at the table of contents, you could get overwhelmed by all of the different situations presented. However, Gordon does an excellent job of making key concepts appear and get mentioned over and over so that you feel like you're building your knowledge base as you go.

  If you're struggling with escapes this will help your confidence and escaping ability. Gordon has a good teaching style that helps make his content easy to digest. If they go here you do this. if they go there you do that. It's a common theme in most of his releases.

  Gordon Ryan courses have been pivotal in enjoying and staying on the journey of being a jujitsu practitioner. This particular one had made kimura grips less scary as in the past. I have a bad should Si would always that super early. Now I have a plan and not afraid of the grip anymore.
