  This is an excellent instructional. You will need to re-watch a few times but your offensive game will improve dramatically. Richie does an excellent job showing how to apply this to your defense game and quickly get back to offense.

• Good tool for your half guard arsenal

  It seems difficult to get in the begining, but it can be done. If you like to play half guard, it may be a useful tool. It's close to clamp and Williams guard, and I like to think of those three as variations on the same basic position. Worth a try.
