I recently sat in on a seminar of Brandons and this dude has a gift to teach and it definitely shows in his instructional.

Nice intro to the rubber guard. The meathook is like Danaher’s clamp so if you use that technique this is a good companion.

Just downloaded and binged this today! I'm a big fan of Brandon Mccraghren and his teaching style. If you are looking for another sub-game from closed guard, you would do well to look at Rubber Guard. It does not always require insane flexibility!! Brandon does a great job teaching and if you already have some knowledge of closed guard you should be able to incorporate this into your BJJ.

Brandon puts out quality instructionals. He’s an excellent teacher and will guide you through all of the moves in a way that makes it easy to retain. As a bjj black belt looking to further my knowledge on the 10p system, I highly recommend this.

Brandon is one of the best teachers in the game. His breakdown of the Meathook game is life changing. Brandon also does an excellent job of breaking down the fundamentals of rubber guard and delivering tips on how to play the system. Bmac is an amazing teacher! This instructional has so much good detail. I keep watching it, rolling, and coming back to it to learn more. I feel myself learning, not only about rubber guard, but about jujitsu as a whole. I highly recommend this instructional.
