I really liked it. Many informations, good explaining for the movements, great workout overall. I will be practicing this regularly
John Danahaer does a great job of presenting the basic movements to keep guard and start your BJJ Journey.
Danaher is a genius in the real of bjj. So for him to put a solo training instructional for free is pretty cool. I have been to gyms that still warm up with this types of moves but doit all wrong and think they are an exercise or something. Danaher shows you why they are needed and for what end so you don't end up doing break dancing moves instead of hip heisting at the warm ups.
Great for self learning
JD is GOAT
Great to do at home
amazing
John is incredible. Basic skills. And it's free. It's free.
Cool video from a cool mastermind. Free. Do you need anything else
Danaher being a bro with this one. Free and absolutely golden information.
Excellente
Very useful, definitely worth getting.
Covers well many foundational movements that are useful for BJJ! This was especially useful during the COVID lockdowns, but useful for anyone working on BJJ-specific movements!

Excellent demo on the importance of foundational athletic movement
Helpful stuff, well explained
It gave me a lot of great moves to practice at home for core strength and stability!
I live in an extremely isolated part of the country for a temporary work assignment. while I can't get to a gym right now, Danaher has given me tools to keep my basics sharp while I work!
good for home training
good
FIFO worker, Its good to have some sort of drills I can do on site by myself, even though I get a lot of funny looks at times. Being able to still be active whilst improving on some fundamental movements I would like to think has improved my game. And the best part, this is free so why wouldn't you give it a go?
Great for students
Really helped me a lot in re-working some techniques!
I don’t have time to train BJJ that often. This has been a great Instructional to use when i have time to train but not in a class.
Good tips
