Solo Drills
Foundational movements for white belts
within the context of how you interact with your oponent
As a white belt, these fundamental solo drills helped train muscle memory. Love being able to do these drills in the comfort of my own home or when I get the gym early. Highly recommend!
Great tips how to spend your alone time learninig more about jiujitsu :)
I've always wanted to learn from John Danaher and this solo drills course is really helpful.
The videos were very specific and clear in demonstrating the various solo movements. In particular John's emphasis on not just mindlessly going through the motions, but imagining a real opponent is really helpful. The body-mind connection is so important to becoming a better grappler. I have only recently started learning bjj about a year ago, but in my opinion, this instructional is very helpful for both beginning and advanced bjj students.
This is a great video and a great way to continue to train when injured.
Great breakdown of fundamental movements for beginners.
Great detail explanation
Got this for free during covid so that was cool. Thank!

Perfect course! The basic that work!
I've always tried to do self directed solo drills and some other instructions, but this is far better than those, it's all inclusive and it's really helpful to see the positions with a partner for reference too.
It's free from the goat of coaches. Teaches basic movements.
