Very detailed and well explained techniques
Very detailed and well explained techniques
I hate outside passing. Its like a way to look busy without ever engaging. This DVD gives you options against passive, boring outside passers that are just trying to stay safe (80% of them) and the strategic outside passers that are actually threatening (20% of people.) Eoghan's pacing through this is for an advanced belt and I love it. He builds off a few base positions that are easily achievable against an outside passer. And from there has an attack from multiple angles and a solve for everything an opponent might do.
Great stuff I’ll be buying more of his information

An outstanding instructional for shutting down modern guard passing. O'Flanagan emphasizes the importance of structure and works with minimal exposure, creating opportunities for effective counter-attacks. The strategic approach makes this an incredibly useful resource for anyone looking to neutralize aggressive passers while setting up their own offense. Highly recommended!
