Tom is one of the best coaches I ever trained with, I highly recommend his instructionals

Good stuff. Half to rewatch to remember all of it.

Very good way of explaining things.

Solo drills and rapid improvement in the sport
I am always looking for drills i can use to help sharpen my game. This Instructional has a lot of solid techniques and drills that will help you learn and retain them. This Instructional is 4 Volumes, it is a high quality production with clear sound. The Instructor explains the movements and drills in detail, and is easy to understand
A great addition if you are in a situation where you need to miss training because of work travel. I particularly like the continued emphasis on how all the pieces fit together and how to chain attacks or easily transition from one position to the next, depending on what your partner does. As a blue belt, just starting to scratch the surface of the complexity, those insights were valuable and made me look at positions to add to my game that I hadn't considered before.
great
T. DB created an outstanding drilling series which involves solo and partner drills and shows exactly how to build up from solo to partner drills. At the beginning of each section he es exactly exlplaining what are the moves desingned for, when to use one before the other and how they connect. He deeply explains the do´s and dont´s of each technique as well as how each drills can be connected one to another and so to speak build up your personal drilling tool kit! Highy recommend!!!
I have gone over this instructional multiple times. Tom’s ability to breakdown the where when and why allows for retention of the material.
Awesome level of details. I particularly enjoyed how some drills would link to one another. I have been trying to incorporate some of these drills in my training.
Pure and simple - FANTASTIC
This is a perfect instructional to give you several back pocket drills to sharpen your skills at any class!
great techniques
One of the first instructionals I bought and it is still useful to day, nothing flashy just good foundational skills that will never go out of style.
