This instructional has is so exhaustive and detailed you really don't need anything else about how to submit someone with a gi choke - sorry, strangulation!
excellent

my fav Danaher fundies training. I never really had a track record of strangling people effectively. since learning these fundamental strangles I'm finishing partners left and right. Ezekiel is super sneaky and deadly. one of my partners even told me "I have nightmares about your Ezekiel." lol. good times.
Great content as usual. John never disapoints
I bought this as a white belt and it has been/will always be the root of my offensive gi game. These are the fundamentals of collar strangles - an offensive game that can and should be practiced at all levels. As always, Danaher presents a full college level course on the topic.
Great explanation of choking mechanics
Excellent!
I could listed to John Danaher all day! What a gift he provides with these instructionals that keeps giving day after day.
turle and strangle techniques
Becoming a Strangle machine. A second degree white belt taking the back of a blue belt. he'd rather "pass out" then tap to a 2 degree white belt :face_palm::male_sign::yum:

After the Lockdown and during the time when we couldn't train i purchased most of the Further Faster Serie by John Danaher. Then i could learn and relearn the basics and the systematic approach oh John Danaher. It helped me a lot and improved my game . This is for me "The best chokes and strangles tutorial", so many details and concepts. John Danaher gives us plans to achieve one of the other of the 3 master chokes. He is a Mastermind
Another, great instructional from Mr Danaher. For instance lots of people myself included struggle to finish a cross choke from mount against higher grades. Not any more
