Can't watch CJ video without laughing, but the content is fantastic.
Great instructional as always. Craig keeps it entertaining.
I was just having a conversation yesterday with a few students about my favorite online instructors and Craig is right there at the top of the list. This video gives you great options with easy to understand instruction from multiple positions. If you love triangles and leglocks, this video will up your game while making you think about a wide variety of options that you might be neglecting currently. Great instructional.
Craig Jones has an exceptional ability to explain the nuances in finishing mechanics and practical applications of these techniques. I highly recommend this video - you won't be disappointed.
Great details as usual from Craig!
