  The video is very interesting by teaching you to reach the best position to attack with a good defense. Hybrid position like half butterfly is very well explain but the best, common of all Gordon videos, is when Gordon shows what kind of reaction your opponent can have.

  If you're looking for a world class (best in the world) deep dive into specifically a half butterfly system to funnel your opponents into your new wave style leg lock/sumi gaeshi system, this is it. Does cover a bit of half guard, knee shield, and log in the water sweep (lower leg sweep), along with lockdown in deep half (called scorpions here), and they're all good, but the main main focus is on butterfly half into either ashi or sumi gaeshi just as Gordon does in his own matches. Elite stuff. Only downside is it lacks retention.
