Good
One of my absolute favorite instructionals. I was failing with my entries vs standing opponents and then this helped specifically my shin to shin entries. I have hit the foot sweeps and double kouchi so many times after studying this. 10/10 great series

シッティングガードについて理解が深まりました。
Bombshell. Not just a collection of ideas, but a full system that unifies ideas under clear goals and strategies in the context of well-outlined, recognizable, situations. Requires sustained study and practice to internalize (for at least a year… or probably will be several in my case!) but will keep you on the offense from seated, and very happy. Highly recommend!
