Good concepts
Love this instructional. Greatly enhanced my ability to submit my opponents with the armbar.
great content from GR as usual.
great videos
TONS of details. Everything you need to know about attacking the armbar.
Gordon makes this stuff look so easy but it’s not, it’s very technical and takes time to develop but that’s a good thing. Impressive array of grip breaks, that lead to the arm bar and yes GR the armpit wedge is genius.
Gordon makes this stuff look so easy, but it’s not. A lot of these concepts/ideas take time It’s very technical. But that’s what I like, being efficient and using intelligent maneuvering to gain advantage/submission. And yes GR the armpit wedge is genius. Phenomenal arm bar instructional definitely for all belt levels wish I had this knowledge when I first started.

Great instructional on different juji and positioning
Gordon Ryan instructional
Nobody has ever taught me these intricate details about the juji positions and the ways to break an arm!!
Extremely detailed
This is a really good instructional. I like that it adds to other instructions that already exist and isn't just regurgitated Danaher, which used to be a problem with Gordon's instructonals. it's also in an order that makes sense and is clear. I'm very pleased with this purchase and will be using it alongside Danaher's enter the system and canto's progressive system.
What I like and why I keep buying Gordon's videos is because of the details about how to do a move properly, and explaining why it works, so I can understand it.
Nicky Ryan's brother looks like Santa in this instructional. Think he lost a bet.
How do you get a tighter armbar? By studying this instructional and putting the info to good use at class. Gordon's a fantastic coach! Highly recommended.
