  The way it was delivered was exception up to execution of the technique. Been doing this during training and even in competition - all I can say that it is effective if you understand the concept and the critical requirements in each position.

  I've used this to help develop my passing game. There's so much information in the course, and I revisit it all the time to deal with new situations. I do feel like it could have been organized better, but it's a good course overall.

• systematic guard passing

  to date, this is the most relevant and important instructional I have watched. in jiujitsu you can never stop learning whether it is a minor detail you may have missed on a technique or the principles surrounding a specific pass or dilemma. this instructional is still relevant. many of these guard passes still work and will continue to work because at the end of the day any reaction from your partner or opponent can be calculated based on what you have to offer as the attacker/guard passer.
